• We recruit and hire the best talent to fit your specific needs. You pay and onboard Simple Assistant as you would any normal agency or vendor.
• The service we provide is a dedicated Simple Assistant for 40 hours per week, 9AM-5PM / Monday-Friday.

• Each Simple Assistant is College educated, English speaking, on average has 2+ years of relevant work experience, and has all necessary required skills including, but not limited to Excel, Word, Google Calendar, Zoom, Slack, HubSpot, Canva, Adobe, SalesForce, QuickBooks, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, RingCentral, Zoho, Constant Contact, MailChimp, Google, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
• This person is Philippines based, functions as a full-time team member (40 hours per week - 9AM-5PM / Monday-Friday), and works in your specific time zone.

• All contracts are month to month, with annual pricing available. If on a monthly contract, you can fire the Simple Assistant at anytime and terminate the SOW with us. We encourage all clients to start on month to month contracts, before they move onto annual contracts.
• We have a Perfect Fit Guarantee, which means we will swap out your Simple Assistant within 2 weeks, no questions asked. If there are any skill based or personality based issues that you would like to address with your assistant, we will provide additional training and support to the Simple Assistant. You will always be in regular contact your American based Account Manager that communicates regularly with the local American Talent Managers, who are based in the Philippines.

• Yes, all assistants have vacation time, and while they are on vacation, we will fill their role with an Substitute Assistant, or prorate the month in which vacation is taken. Your choice!
• Assistants do not take any vacation time during the first six months of working with a new client.
• You will be provided at least 30 days notice, before any time off is taken.

• Our assistants can perform a variety of tasks and are trained to fill roles including, but not limited to - Executive Assistant, Finance Generalist, Healthcare Back Office Generalist, Marketing Generalist, SEO, Data and Reporting, Designer, Video Editor, Paid Ads, Business Operations, Email Marketing, Lead Generation, and Customer Support.
• Each assistant is hired, according to your specific role, requirements, skills, and previous work experience.

From the completion of the Perfect Match Survey, to Onboarding, Recruitment and to the Start Date, normally runs 2 weeks or less.
Onboarding - Complete our Perfect Match Survey. Meet with our American based talent advisor. Sign month to month SOW.
Recruitment - We recruit and hire your Simple Assistant, according to your specific needs. No reviewing resumes, no countless interviews.
Start Date - Meet your Simple Assistant, Onboard and train them as you would any normal US based employee.

Application Screening: We review all applications to ensure they meet our minimum experience requirements including at least 2 years of work experience, experience with remote work, and experience working with US clients.
Initial Interview: During the initial interview, we screen for verbal communication skills & English fluency, professionalism & personality, punctuality, availability, audio & video quality, and experience & skills.
Testing: If the candidate passes the initial interview, they must pass a series of 6 tests: written test, situational test, typing speed test, internet speed test, backup connection test, and device test.
Final Interview: During the final interview, we screen for culture fit, comprehension skills, and deep dive into their experience with specific tech stacks, industries, and past clients. You will then interview our top 2 candidates, if you would like, or you can hire our top pick, your choice.

Having a clear manager is the key to successfully working with a Simple Assistant. Simple Assistants perform best with clear direction from an internal manager.
Simple Assistants should:
• Execute on behalf of directions from a manager
• Receive real-time and direct feedback from a manager
• Have clear channels for communication
• Be trained and onboarded like anyone else
• Be included in team meetings
• Be treated the same as onshore team for work hours
Simple Assistants should not:
• Be directly responsible for executive level responsibilities
• Be responsible for creating any key strategy
• Be asked to purchase software licenses
• Own or lead any key strategy or important business decision
• Exceed 40 hours of work per week
