Company Story
Our founders have been founding, operating, and scaling media, healthcare, consumer products, and agency businesses since 2010. They have exited multiple businesses to private equity platforms and strategic buyers.
Our founders have always relied on outsourced talent as a secret weapon to running at a higher margin, and with a higher output than the competition. We believe that the secret to scaling cost-effectively is by having US managers oversee outsourced talent.
The biggest businesses like Amazon, CitiBank, American Airlines, Verizon, AT&T, and every other Fortune 500 company have been using outsourced talent for decades to bring down costs and bring up margins. Their unfair advantage is that they can staff large American teams overseas to handhold / manage their outsourced talent pool, the problem is that mid-sized businesses do not have that luxury and have become afraid of the word “outsourcing.”
